Consultancy - Inverdunning Ltd – Former Swallow Tiles Site at Cranleigh, Surrey

Since 2008 Baronial have been involved in a project management capacity for the former Swallow Tiles site in Cranleigh, Surrey. A 60 acre site on the edge of commuter village Cranleigh, Swallow Tiles site consists of a dormant brown field site, a working clay extraction site and a large area of ancient woodland. Baronial have lead a design team of planners, architects, engineers and environmental consultants to look at all opportunities available on the site. After careful co-ordination with local community groups and the planning authority, Baronial procured a planning consent for a luxury housing development of 58 residential units. The site is now being developed in joint venture by luxury house builder Linden Homes.

Maltings Site, Kirkliston

Purchased in late 2012, the former brwewery site at Kirkliston, called The Maltings, extends to 12 acres. Planning consent exists for over 100 units and Baronial are in the process of project managing the site remediation strategy for onward sale and/or development.
