Developments -Peel Park, East Kilbride

This 40,000 sqft  industrial and office complex sits in a 4 acre site within East Kilbride’s business and enterprise zone called Peel Park. The site and building was purchased as part of a pre-let investment contract for Johnstone Just Desserts bakery company who required an extensive new facility and HQ to expand their business. After sourcing a suitable location and building Baronial purchased the facility from Japanese electronics company Fujitsu. The building was then extensively refurbished and fitted out to Johnstone just Desserts specific requirements.
